Director of Construction

Dan is the Director of Construction at Bluecrest Homes and Capital Asset Development. Originally from Minnesota, Dan spent numerous years delivering clients with single-family, multi-family, and commercial construction projects and has extensive experience in vertical and horizontal construction. After relocating to the Lake Tahoe area, Dan was instrumental in leading the construction team in successfully constructing luxury custom homes, multi-family condominiums, schools, and commercial projects. Dan recently held a leadership position with a premier home builder in Mississippi, where he guided his team to deliver immaculate homes and satisfy customers throughout the construction process. With over 30 years of construction and home-building experience, Dan is a critical asset to the Bluecrest and CAD team.
